About the Art
The prints are made on acid-free, archival paper using pigment-based archival inks with an Epson Color Sylus Pro 4800 printer that employs eight color catridges using Epson inks. This method achieves the highest quality and degree of stability in the prints that assures color stability over periods ranging from several decades to a century or more. The images have undergone extensive manipulation in Adobe Photoshop and third-party plug-ins to achieve the final effect. They may be further enhanced by the use of photo oils, pastels or watercolors. As with all ink jet photography, these prints are best exhibited outside of direct sunlight in order to achieve the highest degree of permanence.
The prints are offered as unsigned 8 1/2 X 11 inch prints for $35 each. Postage and handling are additional. Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.
